If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it back to us for a refund or exchange.
-Refund: You must obtain an RMA number within 5 business days of receiving your original purchase. You can do this by calling our toll free number or by e-mailing us at returns@opticsale.com. Your return shipment has to be post marked no later then 5 business days after you have obtained an RMA number, and the RMA number must be on the box.
-Exchanges: Your must obtain an RMA number within 30 days of receiving your original purchase. You can do this by calling our toll free number or by e-mailing us at exchanges@opticsale.com. Your return shipment has to be post marked no later then 5 business days after your have obtained an RMA number, and the RMA number must be on the box.
-Software cannot be returned for credit card refund, or store credit. Software can only be exchanged for the same product, if it arrived defective.
-In addition, no refunds can be issued on shipping charges, optional batteries, gift wrapping, gift cards, or product testing services (unless the tested product arrived defective).
-Cross-Shipping: This is an option that we offer for those people that have received an item with which they are not 100% satisfied with, would like to exchange it, but they are in a time crunch. We can offer this to you given that you will agree with the following conditions: You are exchanging your product for a product that is in stock. The new product is of same or greater value. You agree to be charged for the new product first. You agree to pay for all the shipping charges of your return, and the rush shipping charges of your exchange. The RMA number for the cross shipping option can only be obtained over the phone.
-All returns are subjected to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be sent back with all original materials that your package came with, NO exceptions.
-All exchanges will not have a restocking fee if they are sent back with all original material that your package came with and you exchange it for an item of same or greater value, or for store credit.
-Any item with a Mail-In Rebate that you have applied for, and mailed out can only be exchanged for that exact item, and is 100% non-refundable. Please make certain that you wish to keep the item before sending out your rebate form.
-Shipping cost can not be refunded.
-If you chose the cross-shipping option you will be credited the cost of your original purchase less shipping, if applicable, at the time when we receive your package and it is processed.
-All returns and exchanges normally take from 2-4 weeks processing time after we have received your package.
-It normally takes between 2-5 business days for a credit to be posted to your account.
-If anything is received back without an RMA # but still within 30 days, it will automatically be given "OpticSale Store Credit" that can be applied at any time in our store.
-If you wish to make an RMA and do not know at the time what you wish to exchange, then we will give you "OpticSale Store Credit" that you can use at any time in our store.
-If this is an exchange for an item of greater cost then after your exchange will be processed and we ship the new item, we will post the difference to your credit card, or PayPal account.
-If your package was damaged in shipping you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or sooner if possible), so we can claim this to UPS and get a new package out to you ASAP! We do understand that if an item arrives damaged this is not your fault and we will reship your new package free of charge.
-Any arrangements for an exception of the RMA policy must be made prior to OpticSale.com shipping your order. There will be NO exceptions after your order is shipped.
-If a shipment is refused for any reason by the customer, a refund can only be given as "OpticSale Store Credit".
-If an exchange is made for an item under $30.00 you will be charged $6.99 for shipping. Additional shipping fees will also be charged for items that need to be reshipped due to the error of the customer - such as accidental package refusal by the customer who still wants the item.
-Any item in our store that is purchased on a gift card can only be refunded to a gift card.
-Gift cards are 100% non-refundable. Once it is purchased it can be only used at www.opticsale.com
-The following items are 100% non-refundable. They can only be repaired directly with there respected manufacturer.
-All 2nd, 3rd, 4th Generation Night vision products.
-All thermal imaging products.
-All products that have already been mounted, or installed.
-Any "Special Order" item..
-Any item that has been customized for your specific needs
